Air fryers are the latest hot kitchen craze, and I have to admit, I’ve given into the madness as well. I’ve had my Instant Vortex Plus for months now, and I absolutely love it. It crisps food wonderfully and it’s a lot more efficient than my oven! It’s a lot easier to clean, too.
And yet, there are ways to make your air fryer even more wondrous, with a few ingenious accessories, especially if you plan on using it daily or if you plan on using it as an oven replacement. That’s an especially great idea in the summer, as an air fryer won’t heat up your whole house like a regular oven will!
So here are a few of my — and soon to be your — favorite air-fryer accessories.
If you want to outfit yourself in one fell swoop, this is the perfect bundle or you. It includes a pizza pan, a skewer rack (and skewers), a cake pan, a silicone mat, a metal rack for elevating pans and a seven-cup egg bites mold (which you can also use to make muffins!). Cosori sells these accessories in two different sizes — for their 3.7-quart and 5.8-quart models — but they'll likely work with similar-sized models of any brand.

If you use your air fryer every day, you’ll want to minimize cleanup as much as possible. That’s why I think these pre-cut parchment paper liners are a great idea. They come in a variety of different sizes to fit the air fryer of your choice, plus they’re made out of an extra thick paper, so they won’t fly around like regular parchment. On top of making it easier to clean your air fryer, the parchment paper also makes it easier to slide food out of the basket.

It fits in the Instant Vortex, but should work with with similar-sized fryers as well!

This two-piece set features a perforated pan plus a solid tray underneath to catch any fat or drippings. Not only is this nonstick, but it’s dishwasher-safe too, making cleanup a breeze.
One Amazon shopper said it's the best air fryer pan: "OMG, is this pan the best I've ever used. It's sturdy, solid, and very easy to clean. In using it in the air fryer I decided to cook sausages on it, and the top part with the vent openings helped drain all with the oil drippings. It cooked the sausage crispy on the outside, and done on the inside."
