How does the Sauberkugel work? The hard outer shell encases a sticky ball. So when you drop the doodad into your purse and let it roll around for the day, as you move, it finds its way here and there and picks up debris everywhere. Just toss it in the bag and forget it. Of course, if your bag is super-packed, you might want to empty it and let the Sauberkugel have space to roam.
To clean, just open the shell and rinse out the sticky ball. Then it's good as new. It's totally odorless, and won't stick to any of the other stuff you keep in your bag — just the crumbs and other junk.
