Better add these extended Amazon Spring Sale kitchen deals to your cart before they're toast! (Amazon)(Amazon)
I seek out the best deals for a living, and in my humble opinion? The most satisfying markdowns are the ones you least expect. Case in point: When I began my search this morning, I expected to find a good amount of mediocrity over at Amazon dot com. After all, the weeklong Amazon Spring Sale wrapped up last night ... or so I thought. I guess they were April Fooling us because there are plenty of extended deals going strong, including many gems from my personal favorite category: kitchen products.
You see, I spent several years baking professionally, and during that time I developed a bit of a kitchen gear obsession. So when cooking tools and accessories go on sale, well, that's my personal version of heaven. Consider me one happy camper, because today I'm seeing lots of deals for less than $25, including brands like KitchenAid, Cuisinart, Yeti, Brita ... yeah, not too shabby.
Now, as a full-time deal hunter, I'll be the first to tell you that not all discounts are worth your time. Starting prices are often increased to make it look like you're saving more money than you are, and some products are "on sale" all the time — not very exciting. To spare you from that, I rounded up my top 10 picks, from a pair of Yeti cups on sale for their best price on record to a Cuisinart knife set for just $12. Ready to see what else you can grab for less than a pair of movie tickets?
The Barefoot Contessa herself approves of this wildly popular and versatile pan, which is made of durable cast iron that'll last for years. It comes pre-seasoned and can withstand heat from any cooktop — it can even be used over a campfire. Nothing's better when it comes to achieving the perfect sear on your meat — and I can say from personal experience that it makes the best pancakes too.

No one likes a stinky fridge! Keep odors at bay with this deodorizer that can last for up to a decade (yes, 10 whole years). Simply place it on a shelf and let it do its job.
More than 3,600 Amazon customers give it five stars and say it really works. "Having boiled eggs and onions in the refrigerator at the same time can be horrific," said one. "Baking soda cannot mask the smells, so I bought this to try, and to my surprise, it actually does make the refrigerator smell fresh. ... I would give it 10 stars if I could."
Slicing and dicing just got way more fun, thanks to this colorful knife set from Cuisinart. You'll get an 8-inch chef knife, 8-inch slicing knife, 8-inch serrated bread knife, 7-inch santoku knife, 6.5-inch utility knife, 3.5-inch paring knife and protective sheaths for each. Since they're color-coded, you can designate one for meat, one for vegetables — no cross-contamination to see here.
Using a filtered pitcher can help prevent you from drinking water that's laden with impurities. This popular BPA-free Brita reduces copper, cadmium and mercury levels for better-tasting H2O, in addition to minimizing the taste and odor from chorine. Its 6-cup capacity is on the smaller size, meaning it won't take up much room in your fridge, and it'll alert you when it's time to swap out the filter. At nearly 40% off, this is as good a price as we've seen.
"This water filter pitcher is perfect for my family of four," wrote a shopper. "It has saved us money because we no longer have to buy as many bottled waters. I was literally buying four cases of 48 bottles of water every two weeks, and now I'm only buying two cases. This is a must-have. It is easy to clean and the filter lasts two months. The flow rate is smooth. This pitcher fits perfectly in our refrigerator."
If garlic is a staple ingredient in your cooking, you'll use this all the time — not only does it make easy work of chopping up multiple cloves at a time, it'll also help prevent smelly fingers!
"So far, I have really enjoyed using this handy little tool," wrote a satisfied user. "With its sturdy design, it's proven to be quite the workhorse in my kitchen. The compact size is a real space-saver, fitting snugly within my cluttered drawers. The best part? It's remarkably easy to use. No more wrestling with awkward tools or worrying about nicking my fingers."
If you saw the June 2024 study that found that plastic kitchen items, including cutting boards, could increase your exposure to microplastics, you may be on the hunt for more nontoxic kitchen items. Start with this set of bestselling bamboo cutting boards. They're easy to clean, reversible and come in three sizes.
"These little cutting boards are exactly what my kitchen needed," said a foodie fan. "I threw away all my plastic cutting boards, and these feel nice and smooth. Note that you cannot put them in the dishwasher, and that is why other reviews show them falling apart. My favorite is the smallest board for quickly cutting fruits for snacking."
