Drew Barrymore has her own TV show, she's Etsy's chief gifting officer and she has a beauty and home-goods collection at Walmart — in other words, she's very busy. However, the star recently made time to set the table for an Instagram video showing off her Beautiful line's latest release, a kitchen island.
