A few reviewers noted that while their bag held a lot, they noticed marks over time. "... The slick-looking surface really shows every little scratch ... after two trips it looked very old," wrote one.

"It's light as a feather when empty. It's a bit unwieldy to open when full ... but it packs for eight days of travel very well. It takes impact. It scratches easily — but IMO, that keeps people from wanting to steal it. It's an excellent travel bag, super for airports and has saved many trips for me," said another.
