Between work, family, meal prep, and all your other daily responsibilities, it can be difficult to fit in exercise three days a week — and that's in the best of times. A smart solution is to move your workout into your home. Amazon is making it easier for you to bring your fitness training indoors by putting the popular NordicTrack T Series Treadmill on sale for $699 during Prime Day, down $300!

Despite the low price, the NordicTrack T Series Treadmill delivers the same workout quality as higher-priced models. It features adjustable cushioning so you can minimize the impact on your joints or replicate the feel of running outside on a road. The incline can be adjusted up to a 10% grade, and the advanced motor performs well up to 10 miles per hour.
Upon purchase, you'll gain access to a free, 30-day iFIT family membership, which lets you stream more than 100 workouts, from studio classes to hikes in the Alps to runs through the beautiful Hawaiian islands. Over time, the iFit app learns your habits and tailors a workout to satisfy your stamina levels. Or you can allow the iFit digital trainer to adjust your speed and incline.
But one of the most unique — and useful — aspects of this treadmill is that it folds up between workouts to save floor space. Just push the platform toward the console and instantly reduce the length by nearly half.
"I love this treadmill," wrote a satisfied customer. "Having iFit really motivates me to work out because I really enjoy seeing all of the places around the world that it takes you. Easy to use and fold back up. I suggest getting the larger screen. If you are on the fence, just get it! You will be glad you did!!!"
Added another: "Treadmill is very heavy. The installation was a breeze and folding it up is equally easy. Once built the treadmill is easy to maneuver around. We have been very happy with the way it runs. It has been worth every penny. We initially tried iFit (it is a very cool program)but stopped and have been using it manually. The tension on the belt took some time getting it just right. I would recommend listening to the belt each use and make sure it isn’t shifting until you get the tension dialed in."
