Summer's almost here — time to go shoe shopping. (Nordstrom, Amazon, REI, Zappos)
For a lot of folks, Memorial Day weekend is a time to sleep in, grill a few burgers and get in a game of cornhole. But for me, it’s the perfect time to put my deal-hunting skills to the test! This year, the Memorial Day sales are absolutely incredible, with huge markdowns on everything from tech to mattresses and patio furniture. But let’s be real — my weakness? Shoes!
With summer (unofficially) here and warmer weather on the horizon, soon you'll have no shortage of opportunities to get outside and show off a new pair of kicks. And I'm falling head over heels for the massive discounts on the sandals, sneakers, slides and everything in between. Right now, you can grab the Kate Middleton-approved Superga Cotu Classics for 50% off, and a pair of Clarks Breeze Sea sandals for $27 off, and so much more!
I’ve also spotted some fantastic deals on beloved brands like Hoka, Skechers, and Crocs that Yahoo readers adore. Whether you're looking for something comfy, cute, or both, this weekend is the time to grab those fabulous finds. Just a heads up, some sizes and colors are already selling out, so be sure to click "add to cart" on your favorites while you can!

Available in over 40 colors and styles, these flip-flops are the no-pain, no-brainer companion your tootsies need for every season.
Stretchy, comfy and super cushiony. Plus, the mesh fabric prevents feet from overheating.
This is one of the lowest prices we've ever seen for the classic clogs. While the discount varies between sizes and colors, it's just too good to miss. Not only are these babies fully waterproof, but they're made with the brand's Croslite compound, containing 25% bio-circular materials like cooking oil from other industries.
You can check out even more Croc colors here.
Fashion doesn't have to be painful. Made with extra-supportive insoles, these sporty-chic white sneakers can take you anywhere. I own these shoes and they are my go-to vacation sneakers — I've walked for miles in them, both pain- and blister-free.
Don't believe me? One Nordstrom reviewer wrote: "A few months ago, I broke my ankle. For the next year or so, I am going to be wearing sneakers — I am so happy with these. Comfy-nice style, and I received so many compliments."
Akk walking shoes aren't just for exercise. With soft, comfy uppers, they're also fantastic for errands and yard work — whatever your day has in store. Support matters all the time, according to the pros.
"They're accommodative, meaning they allow the foot and the ankle to move in almost any direction that weight bearing permits," explains Dr. Rock G. Positano, director of the Non-Surgical Foot and Ankle Service at Hospital for Special Surgery's Joe DiMaggio Heel Pain Center in New York City.
Need some spring style inspiration? These canvas cuties were made famous by Kate Middleton. The classic yet simple design makes them much more polished looking than other sneakers — wear them with flirty dresses, casual jeans, even with dressy trousers.

Adidas' Ultraboost line isn't just some of the cutest running shoes around; they're also "incredibly comfortable" and "top tier" according to the true arbiters of comfort: nurses on TikTok. This Ultraboost 1.0 pair has a boosted midsole that's packed with cushioning.

Yahoo's Initiatives writer, Ellie Conley, ran in these bad boys all the way to the finish line of a half-marathon. She says: "They felt like they were cradling me for a more balanced step, and the insole had the perfect amount of arch support to keep my feet from rolling inward as my legs got tired."
If you've seen a pair of Hokas in the wild, there's a good chance they were Cliftons. These are among the brand's most popular picks, and it's easy to see why. "They're absolutely cloud-like," raves Yahoo Deputy Editor Izabella Zaydenberg. "They were the only shoes that didn't exacerbate my plantar fasciitis (especially when I walked for hours at Disneyland)."
The knit upper is breathable, and the rubber sole provides great traction. "While they're definitely a little bulky, they're still really lightweight and comfortable enough for all-day wear," Zaydenberg says. The sneakers come in regular and GTX (waterproof) styles and both standard and wide sizes, helpful since Zaydenberg finds them a bit narrow. And they come in a wide range of colors, so it's easy to land on a favorite look (or two).
These sassy sandals from Clarks are made for summer. They strike that sweet spot between comfy and stylish, with a wedge heel to give you a little lift, stability and support. Another fan added, "Love these shoes. Like walking on pillows."
Squishy, supportive and washable, these Oofos slides are just what your tired tootsies need for summertime recovery. I wore them hiking and swimming through caves, hiking through jungles, walking on the beach and swimming in the ocean, and they still look brand new! I do recommend wearing them for a while before you take them on a trip, just so your feet adjust to the fit of the straps."
Meghan Markle has been spotted in the brand's classic Stan Smith sneakers multiple times over the years. They boast a soft leather upper, a durable rubber outsole and a supportive footbed for added comfort.
