From what she's reading to what she's wearing, we take endless inspiration from actress and entrepreneur Reese Witherspoon. And while we have snagged a few beauty tips from the 48-year-old in the past, we're always game for more. So when her makeup artist revealed the products she'd used to give the Oscar winner a flattering berry pout during a recent event, we added them to our cart.
Makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan Fisher has worked with Witherspoon for years (Nicole Kidman, Lucy Hale and Maya Rudolph are clients too!). But one of our favorite looks to date is from Witherspoon's January red-carpet moment promoting her movie You're Cordially Invited. She glowed with a soft smokey eye, fluffy lashes, a pop of pink blush and a berry lip. Fisher says she used two products to achieve "the perfect muted berry lip" for Reese: Clinique's Pop Longwear Lipstick in Blushing Pop and Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Black Honey.

This lipstick is formulated to glide on smoothly and stay put for hours. It comes in matte, satin and shiny finishes.
The universally flattering color of this balmy lipstick can easily be built up with a few extra swipes, but it looks just as pretty on top of other lippies.
Prefer a deeper hue? Beach Pop, also a matte shade, has more of a mauve finish.
If Black Honey still feels like a bridge too far, try its equally moisturizing sister shade, Pink Honey.
Clinique's Pop Longwear Lipstick combines primer and lipstick in one tube. The fragrance-free lipstick boasts eight hours of wear time and over 800 five-star fans sing its praises on Amazon.
One pleased shopper raved: "Love this lipstick, [it's a] pretty, matte neutral color and goes on smoothly. What's not to love?!"
"The quality of Clinique is top notch and they always make it right if something is wrong," said another fan. "I have major sensory issues and the Clinique brand lipsticks do not bother me at all, and they also are not drying to me either, with a great texture and lightness to how they feel when put on! My favorite for this lipstick is Love Pop. It's such a fun color!"
This buyer said it might not last as long as advertised: "It's not 12- or 16-hour long-wearing, but it definitely holds on for 4-plus hours without drying or creasing. I have a crease on my upper lip (I'm an older lady, it happens), and I usually have to use a lip liner to keep my lip color from migrating. I don't need the lip liner with this one."
To top off Reese's look, Fisher added a swipe of the semi-glossy Clinique Black Honey. The Almost Lipstick formula is more balm-like than the Pop Longwear, making it an ideal layering product.
The universally flattering shade (it's been a beauty buff's secret weapon for decades) is a favorite of Yahoo editors too thanks to its buildable color and shiny finish — the deep shade may look intimidating in the tube, but it starts out sheer. Did we mention that it also has over 6,000 five-star fans on Amazon?
"I had heard about this Black Honey tinted lip balm from a few friends and wanted to try it out," a reviewer wrote. "My first time wearing it, a few people came up to me to compliment me on my lipstick color. They also purchased the color and loved it as well. If you're not super into a strong lipstick color, but want the appearance of 'natural, but better' you will love this option."
"The color just seems to accent my lips in a positive way, with just the right amount of color," said another fan. "I do add some clear lip gloss over top because I like a bit more shine, but that's a personal preference. It looks very dark in the tube, but it is not that way on my lips. I'm pretty amazed, quite honestly. It truly is as advertised. I will buy it again without hesitation."
As one buyer notes, Almost Lipstick doesn't have the longevity of Pop Longwear Lipstick. "This is a nice color that looks good on everyone. It is not nearly as dark as it looks. Doesn't have great staying power, though. I had to reapply often. I keep this in my purse for when I need a quick refresher of my makeup."
