I've been an Apple guy for more than 20 years now — ever since I picked up my first MacBook. The products look great, work great and are easy to use — but they sure aren't cheap. That's the one downside: the price. Oof. Sure, my last few Macs have lasted over a decade, but phones, watches and earbuds? They're built to be upgraded every few years.
The good news? Memorial Day usually brings some of the best Apple deals of the year. Better news: those deals have stuck around past the holiday weekend. Right now, you can score major discounts on popular products: The newest MacBook Air is $110 off, the 11th-gen iPad just hit a record-low price and even the Apple Watch is seeing deep cuts.
So for all the other "Apple guys" (and gals) out there, now's the time to snag that upgrade. Just don't wait too long — some deals may not last past the holiday.
If you want to save a little on an Apple wearable, the Series 10 is still worth the investment. It boasts an always-on Retina display and comes with useful features like ECG apps, a fitness tracker and more. And while the Series 11 has just been released, it sports the same processor, same design and nearly all of the same features. In other words, you're getting the bulk of the 2025 Apple Watch here, but at the 2024 discount.
"I upgraded from a Series 5," said this watch wearer. "The battery life is phenomenal, I can literally go two days without charging. When I do have to charge it, it's full in about 30 minutes. The price is on par for the quality. The health sensors are nice. I know I have sleep apnea and never got around to taking care of it. The watch notified me after about a month of use and provides data to bring in to the doctor's office."
Never lose your luggage, purse, car, keys — anything, really — again. Just attach one of these smart tags to the item you want to track, and you'll be alerted to its whereabouts via your phone. The deal on this four-pack brings each tag down to about $16 (they typically retail for $25 to $30 a pop). Grab a few for your, er, forgetful family members...
If you've been holding off on buying AirPods until there's a sale, consider this the time to pounce. At $89, this pair is down to its lowest price yet.
Now, they don't include active noise cancellation like these do, but if it's a high-quality, comfortable listening experience you're after, these earbuds more than deliver. With up to five hours of listening time per charge (and 30 hours of battery life via the charging case), you'll be able to enjoy music, podcasts, audiobooks and more with limited interruption.
(Psst: AirPods Pro 2 are also on rare sale.)
Unlike the model above, these AirPods feature active noise cancellation to block out nearly all ambient sound and background chatter. It's a remarkable sensation. The first time I put them in my ears and turned on ANC, I was amazed at how well it worked.
Just like the model above, these are currently at the lowest price they've ever been.
Need a new Apple Watch? The SE is $50 off. It offers 18 hours of battery life, and you can use it to count steps, track workouts, send texts, detect falls and more. It will alert you if your heart rate is low, high or irregular and send you a notification when your cardio is low for the day (time to get moving!).
"Its sleek, lightweight design makes it easy to wear all day," said one shopper. "The interface is intuitive, and navigating apps and features is a breeze. Since I’ve had it, I honestly can't imagine going without it. It keeps me connected, tracks my fitness, and helps me stay organized easily."
This souped-up smartwatch has a titanium case and comes with different colored loop bands (depending on which option you choose). It has a larger face than standard Apple Watches and functions as a fitness tracker, GPS and more. The best upgrade for me is battery life. You'll get up to 36 hours, 72 if you're in low battery mode.
"Not only is this thing a beast with battery life, [but] I am finding more features that I didn't even know it had," a shopper marveled.
Looking for the best of the best? Speaking as someone who has used one every workday for the past 13 years, a MacBook Pro is likely exactly what you're looking for. This one was released just a few months ago and comes with some of the latest features, like Apple Intelligence and the advanced M4 chip. It also has a 14.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR display, one of the crispest in the entire MacBook lineup.
"This laptop will last a decade. The battery lasts forever. I do mild development work for my job, and this laptop is capable of handling all the Python code without issue," said this snake handler. "This is perfect for students, professionals and more."
If you use your iPad for taking notes, annotating, studying or drawing, you need an Apple Pencil — especially while it's almost $40 off for Prime Day. This one works with the iPad Pro, iPad Air and iPad Mini models, all of which are also on sale. Currently, it's just $10 shy of its lowest price ever.
"Compatibility is a breeze. It attached magnetically to the iPad," one of over 80,000 five-star reviewers wrote. "Battery life is long and [it] recharges as soon as it connects to the iPad."
This is the latest version of this iPad, so the fact that it's already on sale (for its lowest price ever) makes this a deal worth considering. According to Yahoo Senior Deals Writer Chris McGraw, "It's an ultra-light, thin tablet that's powerful enough to replace your laptop for most tasks but slips into your bag without a second thought. With a large 11-inch Liquid Retina display, you're swiping and scrolling in vibrant color and sharpness that makes any screen that came before feel like an old tube TV.
Such a low price for such a powerful (and new) laptop doesn't happen often, so if you've been on the fence about upgrading, consider this sure to be short-lived deal your sign to do it.
If a sleek design is at the top of your tablet wishlist, the latest iPad Air is the perfect fit. Equipped with Apple's powerful M3 chip, it offers all-day battery life, a stunning 12-megapixel camera, and a Liquid Retina display that makes movies and TV shows pop. Meanwhile, the all-new iPadOS 26 operating system adds full-on windowing, so you can use it more like a real computer (if you so choose). This discount also matches the lowest price we've seen.
"The screen resolution is really beautiful," wrote one impressed shopper. "It's lighter in weight than my old one and a little thinner. The camera takes gorgeous pictures."
Named the best headphones for Apple die-hards by our senior tech writer, Rick Broida, these combine style and performance in a unique package (literally) — they come in a special carrying cover as opposed to a case.
"Best headphones ever," wrote one impressed reviewer. "Recently had a root canal done, and didn't hear a thing (my dentist said that was a first in his experience). They cancel the noise I don't want to hear and provide superb sound for music I do want to hear."
Even at full price, I think the Mac Mini is the best Apple deal out there, especially if you already have a monitor. It's everything that a comparable iMac is, but in a smaller, way less expensive package. Many of my friends who are sound, video and photo editors swear by them.
Luckily, this one is $40 to $50 cheaper than retail, depending on the RAM and storage you need. Not sure about those numbers? Remember this: You can always buy an external hard drive, but RAM is much harder, sometimes impossible, to upgrade.
Apple's AirTag is one of the best trackers you can get as an iPhone user. Simply connect it to your phone and use it to keep track of what matters — luggage, a purse, an expensive bike, your pet. You can also activate Lost Mode, which makes it play a loud sound. Grab one while it's on sale for its lowest price ever, and toss it in your suitcase the next time you travel.
"I've been using AirTags for about nine months now and I can't tell you how many times these have saved me from looking around the house for my keys or wallet," said one Amazon shopper. "For someone who forgets things a lot, these are a true game changer!"
"Got this after my wife lost her keys for several days. Wish we'd done this years ago," shared another. "She doesn't like to use apps, but still found this very easy to use. It was super easy to set up. Kicking myself for not buying one of these years ago."
"Our son is headed to Europe in a few weeks so we opted to get him this AirTag in case he runs into any issues with his luggage," added another fan. "Set up for the AirTag is really easy. I had this AirTag paired to my phone within a couple minutes. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone, open the Find My app, and then give your AirTag a name. After that, it shows up in the "items" section of the Find My app... As hectic as travel can be, these AirTags offer a little peace of mind."
If you have Amazon Prime, you'll get free shipping, of course. Not yet a member? No problem. You can sign up for your free 30-day trial here. (And by the way, those without Prime still get free shipping on orders of $35 or more.)
