I've been thinking about our loo a lot lately because, frankly, I'm jealous of our next-door neighbors’ dreamy bathroom renovation in progress. A total overhaul is not in the cards (or budget) for our bath, right now. But a few small tweaks truly can give this special space new life.

How about we start with the end goal here, because let's get real — all we truly want in life is a nice long soak in the tub with a good read and a glass of wine. Once your bathroom is all freshened up, this is can be your big reward!
This expandable bath caddy (25.5 to 41.3 inches) is made of bamboo, which adds an element of warmth to your bathroom. It includes book/tablet stand and enough space for your bath essentials.
One happy five-star shopper called it an "excellent tub caddy." She continued, "It even extends out far enough to fit across our giant tub. I've been suckered enough times to learn my lesson: Suction cups never work for me. But shoppers say the adhesive cups on this pair of aluminum shower caddies are the real deal, and they've unanimously given this product a five-star rating. Get a two pack for just $30 (was $40) at Walmart.
"Perfect fit for my shower!" raved a fan. "I have a new tile shower but no shelves were built in despite my request. Suction cup holders failed and annoyed me with daily chores of picking up all my products every morning. I applied this adhesive, left it dry for the full 24 hours and then easily hung the strong baskets on the clips and voila! I finally have shelves that look great."
A final plan of action: Display only the most appealing bottles and packages in your bathroom and discard all the rest. Cotton balls, Epsom salts and the like are quite beautiful in glass containers. You can even style the shelves inside your cabinets as little vignettes so they'll feel more special. It's surprising how much enjoyment such details can bring to daily routines.
