To ensure we were thorough in our meal kit research, we researched and tested several delivery services that either offered keto-friendly meals or could be adjusted to a more keto-friendly diet. The meal kit services that advertised keto-friendly meals that did not make the cut for this list, in the majority of the cases, lacked enough variety each week to keep the meals fresh and exciting, such as Fresh N Lean.
