It’s peak summer and temperatures are scorching, so we’re searching for anything to help cool down. Icy cold beverages are one thing we turn to, and when that’s the case, we’ll take any apparatus to help keep them cold. Whether that’s a classic Igloo cooler, a 128-can beverage fridge or this find from Aldi, at least one will do the trick.
We’re talking about the Ambiano Electric Travel Cooler that’s dropping in the Aldi Finds section starting July 30. It comes in classic grey or blue and retails for just $59.99. This nifty cooler holds 36 cans or 10 bottles, meaning it fits just the right amount of bevvies and also can fit nicely in a vehicle for travel purposes.
The cooler comes fitted with a 12-volt DC connection for a car accessory socket and a 110-volt power plug to insert into a wall outlet. The lid houses a storage compartment for both plugs. Its cooling capacity max is 30.6 degrees and warming capacity max is 131 degrees. While most reviews are positive, one user suggests the items you put in the cooler should already be cold to get the best results, stating “you really have to put cold stuff into it for it to maintain the temperature”.

To add to the convenience factor, the handle can be used to prop the lid halfway open for ease of filling and removing beverages from the cooler compartment. “I have been wanting something like this for grocery shopping in the summer” said one shopper.
Aldi has dropped this line of electric coolers in the past, and fans seem to like it. “I got this like two years ago and it's pretty handy at keeping things cold waaaay longer than a traditional cooler” stated one user. And fans enjoy not having to mess with ice cubes.
As with all Aldi Finds, the supplies are limited and at this price, they will likely sell fast.
